Who We Really Are
We are creating the future of healthcare. That’s a pretty big task. We are doing this by
ceating F*cking great doctors. Period.
We are creating the future of healthcare. That’s a pretty big task. We are doing this by
ceating F*cking great doctors. Period.
It’s a doctor who has a compelling reason why they are in medicine. It’s a doctor who has a strong foundation in personal development so that they continue to be happy and healthy in their profession throughout their lifetime.
It’s a doctor who cares about, and supports other people in their profession – The other doctors, the nurses, the admin, the allied health staff, everyone equally.
And, above all else, it’s a doctor that we would be happy to send our family and children to if they were sick, knowing in our hearts that they are getting the best possible care and treatment possible.
That my friend, is our vision. To create f*cking great doctors.
This is the bit where we tell you how we are. Not WHO we are, but the actual core of our value system. How we work, and what we expect from our students and staff:
We are trustworthy
We are a douchebag free zone here (kindness please)
We work with people who have aligned goals with us
We are more than capable of doing our job
We are reliable and have integrity. Our word means something
We communicate openly and honestly
We have a growth mindset – we can always figure sh*t out
We are independent, and we know how to work as a team
By December 2025, we have at least 1 Thank Flip Doctor in every single hospital across Australia.
Dr Tomasz Forfa
Founder & CEO
Writer of many, many, many emails.
The Professional Third Person Bio:
Dr Tom got his MBBS from the University of Notre Dame, Sydney after sitting the GAMSAT 3 times. He has since helped over 50,000 people with his GAMSAT preparation materials (via PassGAMSAT before it became Thank Flip) over the last 13 years. As a doctor, he has worked in St George and Sutherland hospitals and started a foundation called, The Humanitarian Doctors Foundation.
The Real Me:
Now that the ‘professional’ version is out of the way, let’s be real. I’m a dad to a little girl, husband to an amazing woman, I swim in the ocean every day, wear Hawaiian shirts, fly planes and am kind of obsessed with indoor plants. My office is a jungle.

Mare Jordan Forfa
Company Director
Professional Ass Kicker
The Professional Third Person Bio:
After working in Human Resource Management for corporate giants like Clarins, Prada, Versace, Caltex, and international consulting firms, Mare turned her focus to PassGAMSAT where she runs the company. Her speciality areas are the interviews, public and motivational speaking, GAMSAT strategy, GAMSAT mindset and helping students get sh*t done.
The Real Me:
I am obsessed with NDE’s (if you know, you know) and have read every personal development book that’s ever been written. My superpowers are talking and reading. I’ll talk your ear off if you give me the chance. On the weekends, you’ll find me at the beach with my daughter and…you guessed it…reading.
